Membership

Membership is open to the general public, regardless of experience with the field of astronomy. Membership is open for those interested in becoming more familiar with solar system objects to deep sky objects, use of telescopes, or any subject that relates to astronomy. For those interested in astrophotography, there are several members who have achieved excellence in this field and are willing to offer suggestions to get you started. There is something for everyone.

Annual Membership Dues



Individual Membership:   $25

Student Membership:   $10

Senior Membership (Age 65+) :   $15

Family Membership:   $35

Silver Donation:   $50

Gold Donation:   $75

Platinum Donation:   $125

1. You may give your membership dues to Lee Smith, the BVAC Treasurer, at one of our meetings.

Please include a note stating membership type. For example, "Smith Family membership."
